Join us for a wonderful weekend course (24th & 25th June) to learn new pâtisserie techniques.
Develop and practice a wide range of intricate skills. This course will allow you to use your creativity and flair to create three exquisite pâtisserie masterpieces focusing on the finishing touches.
You'll make and take home:
- Passion Fruit Caramel Hearts - You will make an indulgent Swiss Chocolate Velvet Mousse with a Passion Fruit Caramel centre and learn how to create a professional finish with a stunning Mirror Glaze
- Pistachio Dacquoise - You will make a Pistachio Dacquoise as your base to create a stunning centre piece, layering Chocolate, Cream and Raspberries which will all be topped off with Gold Dusted Shards of Chocolate
- Lemon Meringue Inspired Éclairs - Making Choux pastry will be the foundation, then using Lemon Crème Patisserie, Lemon Blushed Mini Meringues and Dark Chocolate Twirls you will create beautiful delicate delights.
To take part in this course it would be advantageous to have already attended one of our pâtisserie courses as this takes your skills a stage further.
