Join us for a wonderful weekend course (24th & 25th June) to learn new pâtisserie techniques.
Develop and practice a wide range of intricate skills including: piping, glazes, chocolate and sugar work, as well as making indulgent sponges and ganache.Using the skills you learn along the way, this course will allow you to use your creativity and flair to create two exquisite pâtisserie masterpieces.
To take part in this course we strongly recommend that you have either completed one of our pâtisserie courses or have other experience working with pâtisserie as this course will not cover the basics.
