This shorter practical course is a great way to brush up your cooking skills, expand your repertoire and enjoy the delicious results!

Discover the secrets behind Bettys classic Swiss Rösti - a delicious combination of potato, Gruyère cheese and cream.  You will make your own rosti mix to cook and enjoy for lunch and we will provide a choice of toppings to complete your dish:

Florentine - flat leaf spinach, poached egg and hollandaise sauce. Or Pan-fried Bacon and melted Raclette cheese.

And to perfectly complete your lunch with us, you will also make an individual Seasonal Fruit Frangipane Tart (pastry provided).
