There is a real sense of achievement in making your own bread. During this popular course we cover the basic techniques and skills involved in breadmaking.  

Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:

  • Swiss Fitness Bread
  • Yorkshire Cobble Loaves
  • Swiss Stick
  • Wholemeal Rolls
