Using an array of fish and seafood on this course you'll create a selection of delicious meals.
Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:
- Crab Crusted Hake with Seasonal Greens & Smoked Paprika Mayonnaise
- Salted Cod with Chickpea & Chorizo Stew
- Prawn Cakes with Ginger, Chilli & Coriander Dipping Sauce
