Somewhere between Boulangerie and Pâtisserie lies the skillful craft of Viennoiserie.

Join us on this course and learn how to create delicate and flakey sweet treats for the whole family to enjoy.

Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:

  • Pain au Raisin filled with Orange Crème Pâtisserie and Rum Soaked Raisins
  • Chocolate Babka Loaf
  • Almond Croissant
  • Apricot Pin Wheel
