Pulses and grains are healthy and nutritious additions to any diet, but on their own can lack flavour and interest. On this course, you'll transform them into three delicious meals by introducing an array of mouth-watering flavours and ingredients:

Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:

  • Ras el Hanout Chicken, Israeli Couscous with Pomegranate & Honey Roasted Peppers and Rose Scented Sour Cream
  • Halloumi, Feta & Courgette Fritters, Lemon Wild Rice and Fresh Green Bean & Fennel Salad
  • Pakora King Prawns with a Mixed Grain Salad (Freekeh, Red Quinoa & Spelt), Pickled Cauliflower and a Cucumber Dip
