Roll up your sleeves and dust off your rolling pin as we guide you through the art of perfect pastry making. You'll learn the techniques to create pâte sucrée (sweet short crust), flaky and short crust pastry and will use them to make these treats.
Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:
- Traditional Cornish Pasties
- Deep-filled Chicken, Leek & Mushroom Pie
- Treacle Tart
