Join us to create these delicious Swiss dishes using Bettys family recipes, inspired by Alpine countryside ingredients. 

Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:

  • Soup de Chalet
  • Zürigeschnetzeltes (pork fillet with mushroom & cream sauce)
  • Spätzli (little dumplings)
  • Rüeblitorte (a continental carrot cake)
