Fill your kitchen with the wonderful aromas of these beautiful festive breads this Christmas.
Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:
- Stilton, Pear & Walnut Mini Loaves – this trio of fantastic flavours create delicious breads that make a perfect partner to a warming bowl of soup, served with cheese, or simply smothered in soft creamy butter.
- Knotted Cranberry Sourdough with Baked Camembert – a delightful sharing centrepiece with an oozing camembert centre for dipping.
- Panettone – this classic sweet Italian bread is bursting with citrus and candied fruit flavours and nuts and fruit. Divine served as a dessert accompanied with sweet wine or toasted with butter.
