Create this wonderful selection of warming and elegant entertaining dishes, perfect for those family get togethers or for dining with friends, as the colder weather arrives.

Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:

  • Creamy Mushroom filled Lemon & Tarragon Ravioli with Truffle Dressing 
  • Slow Braised Pork Shoulder with a Wholegrain Mustard & Yorkshire Honey Sauce.
  • Pea Velouté
  • Sage Hasselback Potatoes
  • Coffee Profiteroles with a Salted Caramel & Walnut Sauce
