Lesley will demonstrate the following lovely dishes:
- A deliciously light twice-baked Spinach & Gruyère Soufflé
- Succulent pan-fried Chicken wrapped in air-dried Parma Ham and Basil, served with a Cream & Chive sauce and accompanied by Spätzli (minature Swiss Dumplings)
- Indulgent speciality Tarte Tatin served warm with a rich Vanilla Ice-Cream
Following the course we will serve these delightful dishes for you to enjoy as a three-course lunch with wine.
