Meet the founder of Bettys Cookery School, Lesley Wild, as she demonstrates three of her favourite recipes and explores how our Swiss heritage influences our food culture.  Come armed with your cooking questions for Lesley and our expert tutors.

Lesley will demonstrate the following lovely dishes:

  • A deliciously light twice-baked Spinach & Gruyère Soufflé
  • Succulent pan-fried Chicken wrapped in air-dried Parma Ham and Basil, served with a Cream & Chive sauce and accompanied by Spätzli (minature Swiss Dumplings)
  • Indulgent speciality Tarte Tatin served warm with a rich Vanilla Ice-Cream

Following the course we will serve these delightful dishes for you to enjoy as a three-course lunch with wine.

You will also receive a signed copy of Lesley's cookery book - A Year of Family Recipes - which includes all these tantalising recipes and many more to whet your appetite!
