Immerse yourself in memories of sun-drenched holidays enjoying outstanding fresh and flavourful Mediterranean food as you learn how to recreate these classic Greek dishes.
Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:
- Beef Stifado - a slow cooked Greek stew with red wine, orange & cinnamon
- Souvlaki - chicken marinated in garlic, lemon & oregano skewered and served wrapped in flat breads
- Lamb Moussaka - layered bake of minced lamb with sliced aubergines & potatoes topped with an egg enriched creamy cheese sauce
- Tzatziki - cucumber, garlic & Greek yoghurt relish
