Each student will work individually preparing and cooking the following dishes to take home:

  • Chorizo Stuffed Squid, Risotto Nero, Parsley & Chive Oil
  • Venison Loin, Watercress & Horseradish Gnocchi, Rapeseed Vinaigrette
  • Individual Lemon Tarts, Elderflower & Berry Frozen Yoghurt
