Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:
- Pea & Herb Mousse with Crab and a Poppy Seed Tuille
- Harrogate Blue, Walnut & Date Scones with Cream Cheese and Parma Ham
- Lime & Coconut Financiers
- Mini Raspberry Meringues with a delicate Rosé Wine Cream
