Learn the art of creating 'light as air' doughnuts filled with delicious fillings - if you love doughnuts this is the course for you. Once we've taught you the basics you can experiment with fillings and coatings to create your perfect doughnut.
Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:
- Doughnuts filled with Blackcurrant Pâte de Fruit and coated in salted Juniper Sugar
- Doughnuts filled with Vanilla Crème Pâtisserie and coated in Cinnamon Sugar
