Join us to learn a range of impressive but achievable cake decorating techniques.
Working individually, each student will be provided with a Madeira Cake to cover with marzipan and then ice. You will learn how to make delicate roses and practice piping decorative finishes, all to create your own beautiful centre-piece cake. You will also spend time learning how to hand dip Fondant Fancies and complete them with pretty finishes.
