Fish - Fully Booked

Master fish preparation and cookery.

Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:

  • Baked Sea Bass stuffed with Couscous, Fennel, Lemon Zest & Herbs
  • Teriyaki Glazed Salmon
  • Pan-fried Plaice with Beurre Blanc

You'll eat your plaice as part of your lunch.
