Each student will work individually preparing and cooking the following dishes to take home:

  • Pan Roasted Hake with Beetroot Salad & Horseradish
  • Duck with Textures of Cauliflower, Charred Sprouts, Walnut Granola, Sour Cranberry & Port Reduction
  • Sticky Ginger Cake with Spiced Rum Butterscotch and Roasted Pineapple
