Each student will work individually, preparing and making the following items to take home:

  • Roast Onion Stuffed with Pancetta, Chestnuts, Mushrooms, Gruyere, Sage & Walnut with a Herb Crust
  • Confit Belly Pork with Cider & Dijon Sauce
  • Crispy Parsnip & Potato Cakes
  • Dark Chocolate Brownie Sundae with Mulled Wine Jelly and Kirsch Chantilly Cream
