On this course, we share a tantalising selection of recipes that transform a simple piece of fish into a delicious meal that's perfect for an everyday supper. Discover how versatile cooking with fish can be.
Please note, this course does not include filleting or skinning fish.
Each student will work individually preparing and cooking the following dishes to take home:
- Pan Fried Cod and Smoked Bacon & Roasted Hazelnut Puy Lentils with a Red Wine Jus
- Smoked Haddock & Salmon Fishcakes with Sauteed Leeks and a Wholegrain Mustard, Caper, Anchovy & Dill Cream Sauce
- Thai King Prawn Curry with Fragrant Coconut Rice
