Let our tutors guide you through the creation of this on-trend, light and delicate entertaining menu. Inspired by the subtle flavours of Harrogate's botanically infused Slingsby Gin, the dishes created will contain gin and its companion tonic.
There will also be a demonstration of Slingsby Gin based Cocktails to compliment the dishes and sample tasters of these will be served with your meal. (Wine will also be available with dinner).
Following a Cocktail on arrival we will demonstrate and serve:
- Citrus Tuna, Sweet & Sour Shallots, Botanical Granita
- Rhubarb Marinated Duck, Roasted Ginger Nectarines, Bok Choy
- Grapefruit Curd Tart, Tonic Meringue & Infused Pomegranate
