Let us guide you through the stages of creating a delicious three course meal using the best in season ingredients.  Afterwards you will indulge in this delightful meal with a glass of Swiss wine.  Come on your own or with friends to this sociable course.

We will demonstrate and serve:

  • Smoked Kilnsey Trout Rillettes with Shaved Apple & Fennel and a Cider & Tarragon Vinaigrette
  • Steamed Sea Bass with a Mangetout, Green Papaya & Bean Sprout Salad, Crunchy Cashews, Jasmine Rice and a Lime & Coriander Dressing
  • Assiette of Rhubarb, Cheesecake Mousse and Pecan Nut Crumble
