There is a real sense of achievement in making your own bread. During this popular course led by a Master Baker from our Craft Bakery, we cover the basic techniques and skills involved in breadmaking.

Each student will work individually preparing and cooking the following dishes to take home:

  • Swiss Fitness Bread
  • Yorkshire Cobble Loaves
  • Swiss Stick
  • Wholemeal Rolls
