Best Large Recreational Cookery School at the 2013 British Cookery School Awards
We are proud to have been named Best Large Recreational Cookery School at the 2013 British Cookery School Awards.
As one of seven schools nominated for the award, alongside Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir Aux Quat’Saisons and Rick Stein’s Padstow Seafood School amongst others, we were delighted to be crowned the winners at the award ceremony in London in November 2013.
The judges praised ten years of inspirational activity built on the vision of our family founder, Lesley Wild, our blend of public and community courses and the passion of our delegates – especially one lady who has recently completed her 70th course! They also spoke about the magic of Bettys and the craft we share through the School.
